Miller v. Convergys CMG Canada (No. 2), 2013 BCHRT 185

Our client filed a Human Rights complaint against his former employer. In light of the employer’s failure to abide by the Rules of the Human Rights Tribunal regarding document disclosure, we were able to establish “improper conduct” and our client was awarded relief and costs.
