Legal Update: Make the Right Decisions on Workplace Mental Health

In February 2018, the Conference Board of Canada will be presenting a full-day workshop where managers and supervisors will learn how to create and support a psychologically healthy and safe workplace.

In an afternoon session, speaker Simon Kent will provide a legal perspective that will help managers make the right decisions when it comes to workplace mental health. His presentation will include:

• Real-life examples of challenges that employers face in the context of workplace mental health
• Proactive ways that organizations can create and promote healthy work environments
