Geoff and Trevor Join DRG to Talk Return-to-Work (April 2018)

On April 27, our friends at Diversified Rehabilitation Group (DRG) will be offering a full-day workshop that will provide participants with the knowledge and resources they need to develop a successful employee return-to-work program. The day’s presenters will include Kent Employment Law lawyers Geoff Mason and Trevor Thomas, who will review key human rights issues relating to employee absence, including an employer’s legal duty to accommodate their employees to the point of undue hardship.
