The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience, including a background in employment litigation, and possess the skills and temperament needed to manage a busy caseload and foster strong client relationships. They will also share our firm’s values and the commitment to use business as a force for good – individually, socially, and environmentally.
This opportunity will appeal to both local practitioners and employment lawyers with an established Lower Mainland presence wishing to transfer their practice to the Okanagan.
