Every good company has one employee who represents the face of the organization. In our case, that employee is Lisa. In her front-of-house role in our Vancouver office, Lisa’s calm presence and genuine interest in people is the first thing clients experience when they walk through our door. And her gentle, respectful nature makes her perfectly-suited to pose the hard questions we sometimes need to ask when people first seek our help.
Lisa is the first point of contact for anyone inquiring about our services and has the responsibility of guiding potential clients through initial discussions to see if we are the right fit for their needs. Though not a lawyer, she is an advocate for our clients in the truest sense of the word as she leaves them feeling positive and with a sense of possibility.
As both a mother of three and a former business owner of a home daycare, Lisa understands the particular challenges that working parents face. Her unique personal and professional experiences translate into a commitment to employee advocacy and helping companies create healthy workplaces.
Outside of the office, Lisa is an avid fan of baseball and enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, as well as long walks with their 2 dogs.
