In particular, he has successfully represented clients in the public sector, municipal governments, health care and mining. Employment law in the North has its own unique features and Michael has honed his skills in navigating clients through those challenges.
Having handled hundreds of grievances, Michael also has considerable expertise in labour arbitration, both as a lawyer and as a qualified arbitrator.
